Dinner tonight was just amazing. My boyfriend really knows how to cook a good steak. Not to mention the grilled zucchini! Oh my goodness, do they ever just melt in your mouth!
Fire up the ol’ BBQ for a real treat!
First, take the number of zucchini’s you’ll be wanting to make (trust me, you’ll want more than you think you’ll need).
Cut off the ends and then slice them lengthwise.
Place them on aluminum foil. Make sure the edges of the aluminum foil are curved up. You’ll be placing it on the barbecue and don’t want the juices to drip down.
Next, take your knife and carve little lines in the zucchini lengthwise as well.
Top with a bit of olive oil, salt, and Montreal steak spices (to your liking). Grill on the barbecue until soft. Serve and enjoy!
